A leader must see BEFORE others and BEYOND others.

She must KNOW the way, SHOW the way and GO the way.

He must be very clear about taking the people or organisation under his watch from HERE to THERE.

Purpose. Vision. Goals. Strategy.

Where there is no clear direction the people go into inferior conditions.

Leadership is not a position you use to make your life better but a trust to make the lives of the people and the organisation better.

1. THE LAW OF AWARENESS
Leadership starts with the AWARENESS that YOU are a leader or that you have leadership potential.

All great leaders have one thing in common: there was a time they came into the awareness that they had leadership potential and started DELIBERATELY developing themselves in the light of that awareness.

No one ever became an outstanding leader without first having the insight or epiphany about their potential.

APPLICATION
a. You are a leader by design and calling. You must know this and be fully persuaded beyond any shadow of doubt.

b. Where is the sphere of your leadership calling or influence? You must know this. You can't lead everywhere. There is a SPECIFIC sphere of influence for you. Find it.
