Leadership starts with the AWARENESS that YOU are a leader or that you have leadership potential.

All great leaders have one thing in common: there was a time they came into the awareness that they had leadership potential and started DELIBERATELY developing themselves in the light of that awareness.
No one ever became an outstanding leader without first having the insight or epiphany about their potential.
